Probody Fitness offers one-on-one coaching for professional/non-professional athletes, and anyone looking to make a change in their lifestyle. We combine science, experience, and top of the line software (Trainerize and Evolution Nutrition) to develop a customized plan tailored to their goals.

We track our clients’ progress using tape measurements, pictures, and weekly check-ins.  We use this information to make adjustments to the plan where needed and put together a game plan for the following week. We offer 24/7 communication through emails and text messages to provide the support our clients need in helping them reach there goals.

  • Access to our workout app Trainerize.  Within the app we build your customized workout plan for each day.  Within the app we also feature a short video for each exercise modeling proper form and execution of the exercise.  We are also able to track your progression and strength increase.
